Order processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours from the moment the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code. You can use this tracking code to follow your shipment directly from the “Track Your Order” section of our website.

Delivery times
On average, worldwide deliveries take approximately 3–5 business days from the moment the package is shipped.
